HOW AND WHEN SMP OPEN TKB MANDIRI SYIFA STANDING?

       I am an educator, my age has reached 41 years my name Cecep Hadiat now managing in SMP Terbuka TKB Mandiri Syifa Rumpin school. My family and I feel happy despite the mediocre situation.

            I used to serve in the State Elementary School 01 Gobang. At that time had a student who is smart-smart because every race is always a champion, such as math, science and others. However my devotion was very sincere even though the honorarium was so small at the time. I served in 1999, my honor is only Rp 35.000 per month. Sometimes honorarium sometimes does not depend on the students who pay SPPnya smoothly.

        In 2000 I started to increase teaching hours by serving a community educational institution called Community Learning Center (PKBM) moving in the field of Outside School (PLS) as Tutor Paket A which is located in Kukuksumpung Village of Gobang, Rumpin Sub-district. Travel to the kampong by foot along the path and the Road uphill through the forest with a distance of 6 Km time taken for 2 hours. This is where me and my two friends fight for the sake of the nation's children. Being a Package A Tutor even harder, because it really educates children who have never known the school. I have to be more patient in dealing with children who are new to school because the people there especially parents of students do not experience the school so it is said to be illiterate. It was just getting to know education when Package A runs. The condition of the community is only farmed, the result is only waiting once a year.

          In serving as a Package A Tutor I and my 2 friends have no wages just because of the God we have. Every day the three of us carry out the learning Package A after Duhur, because the morning to elementary school and afternoon become Tutor Package A. so and so continue, especially if there is rain we can not take shelter because the journey through a very dense forest is also a tremendous geographical factor. Maybe if it is said yes resigned though must meet wild animals.

           4 years have passed educating the child into Tutor Package A, the existing children who pass grade 6 Package A equivalent of elementary school, I am pleased with the success of the national exam despite its mediocre value.

          The place of learning is often moved to move because of learning in an old shack made of wood and bamboo is majlis ta'lim. We all always move maybe because the state of the building is afraid of collapsing.

         In 2004 the children were awarded Package A at the provincial level at that time the governor who came with his entourage boarded the Fuma Helicopter which happened to be a soccer field with an area of ​​± 2000 meters. The Governor represented by the West Java Education Office rewarded the children and was given a gift to go to Gedung Sate. Mr. Governor of West Java, Mr. Dani Setiawan, to say in front of all the children that "I will soon wake up school in Kukuksungung with 100 Million" said the Governor. We were all happy with the promise.

        We all wait for the building that has promised the father of the Governor of western Java, did not feel waiting and wait finally forgotten his promise to build a school in Kukukumpung with 100 million funds. All disappointed with his promise, that is where the children quake their hearts to school because of the lies of officials who deny, little by little the children began to decrease who came to study. Teacher Tutor also one by one began to skip and now I live alone. Udah no wages teach, officials even lied to all the children so that his disbelief makes everything so chaotic.

            In 2008 there were already active children who carried out the exams with 50 people and all of them graduated. Perhaps I continuously advise to continue with the higher level, eventually the children want to continue to junior high. But I am confused because the junior high school must spend so much, let alone the parents of a fruit farmer who earn harvest once a year.

          I pray that there is a way out and the students can continue to the higher level that is to junior high school. May Allah SWT give way and meet with a pioneer of Yayasan Sekolah Rakyat Foundation, Mr. H. Saeful Millah, S.Ag, he is a manager of SMP Terbuka TKB Mandiri assigned to look for network, also a coordinator of Bogor People's School Foundation. Alhamdulillah I work together to Establish an open SMP TKB independently as well as assisted in terms of its administration to be reported to Education Director Bogor Regency and I reported to SMP Negeri 1 Rumpin.

           Alhamdulillah all student data and enrollment of Open Junior High School TKB mandiri accepted with pleasure. At that time, the Head of State Junior High School, Mr. Ansori, S.Pd and his deputy, Mr. Anwar Muhidin, S.Pd and the Treasurer of Ihat Solihat, S.Pd were all welcomed by the acceptance of New Students.

           On July 17, 2008 I immediately officially opened the school as the beginning of the establishment of SMK Terbuka TKB Mandiri Syifa Rumpin which is located in Kampung Kukuksump [ung Rt 04/02 Gobang Village Rumpin District Bogor district and attended by local officials namely community leaders, Religious Leaders and Youth Chairman.

            The children began to study with a modest source book was sober from the results of borrowing to other schools. The longer the study occurred than to think about where the cost of purchasing notebooks and other stationery for school purposes, it is impossible for children to buy books as far as the cost of ojeg reached Rp 40,000 per person. Finally the honorarium from SD I use to buy stationery share with the needs of the kitchen. Sometimes I doubt if this school will run without help from anywhere? But Alhamdulillah I live with patience even though have to share two requirement of honor SD Rp 500.000. I admire the wife for being fully supportive and convinced that one day there is a way out to earn money for the sake of education and promoting society. 6 months do not feel time passes quickly. I got news there is funding for education from SMP Negeri 1 Rumpin. With joy, immediately rushed to the State Junior High School to take the funds, Alhamdulillah prayer wife and it all come true. I end up recruiting teachers 2 people who are both a proesional educator. A year went by.

            Right on the 12th of July 2009 I got a problem place of study because the building majlis will collapse and we all moved to the next village campong Cijantur Village Rabak Rumpin District. That's where I started to hold a lesson that is in a Ust Soleh tak'lim majlis who happens to be a cleric and ta'lim cleric.

         After a few years now 7th graders 72 and grade 8 as many as 104 and recruit teachers as many as 15 people. All hold per subject. I Alhamdulillah sometimes teach sometimes not even then just give direction both to student and to teacher and now have made branch of other village that is at kampong manglad and kampong leuwipeso Village Cibodas District Rumpin.

           In this year 2012 me and teacher teacher intend to comb region Rumpin middle and North Rumpin with target of new student reaches 200 people plus other TKB enter and all induces to SMP Terbuka TKB Mandiri Syifa. With such a long journey and the intricacies of such a pitiful teaching it became the most open TKB Mandiri Junior High School among the other Open Junior High Schools in Rumpin sub-district. With a great strategy assisted by village officials who always direct the community to go to junior high school is open for those who can not afford to other Formal schools. With a sense of wanting to advance the school, all teachers help and SMP Terbuka TKB independently can also help teachers who Lecture in terms of funds. Now all I can imagine is having a place to accommodate all the students to build SMP Open TKB Mandiri Syifa building. During the course of learning all students ride in elementary school, because they do not have their own land and place. We hope that one day I have to have my own place and building to accommodate all the students of SMP Terbuka TKB mandiri Syifa Rumpin. I wish there was a Company willing to buy land and buildings, either government or private. Because SMP Terbuka TKB independently will not be able to buy land let alone to build it. I hope someone feels inspired to help in education. My only goal is to help Indonesian children to school especially the poor and isolated kampung.
